Referrals should be made through Kenya's Department of Children Services, or by calling our office directly on +254 722 000 123. Our team conducts a full assessment within 48 hours of any referral to determine the most appropriate care pathway.
Yes. We accept international bank transfers in USD, GBP, EUR, and other major currencies via our Equity Bank USD account. Please email donate@lumoracare.org for our full international banking details and SWIFT code.
Site visits are arranged by appointment only, in order to protect the privacy and routine of the children in our care. Requests from prospective donors, corporate partners, and journalists are reviewed individually. Please contact info@lumoracare.org with your proposed date and the purpose of your visit.
Lumora Care Foundation holds NGO status with the Kenya Revenue Authority. Donations from Kenyan-registered companies may be eligible for deduction as a corporate social responsibility expense. We issue official receipts for all donations. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance on your specific situation.
